Delivery Conditions

If not found at given address
If your recipient is not home at the given time, your order shall be left with a neighbour, if an office with an employee or friend. Hotels and hospitals your gift shall be left at reception.

Delivery Times
Deliveries are made between 8:30 – 20:30.
Deliverys inside Bursa should be given 2 hours before the given time of order.

Outside of Bursa orders shall be delivered on the same day. Same day delivery garantee can not be given for International deliverys due to time differences.

Change of Address and Time
Time and address can only be changed if you give notice before your order has left the shop.

Cancellations
Cancellations can only be made if your order has not left the shop.

Holidays
Your order will be sent on the given date but we can not garantee the same time.

Due to change of seasons we can not always garantee the same type of flowers you ordered but we will use flowers of equal value and quality.
